The downtown Vancouver Bay flagship store is renovating, to the tune of $40 million, and Topshop will be at the Bay downtown Vancouver. I find this intriguing, because I thought I just read that Topshop is coming to Nordstrom in the US. There's going to be some real competition going on...(oh, and I'd also read that The Bay will bring in Bloomingdales boutiques as well).
Nordstrom is likely taking at least four floors of the old Sears downtown Pacific Centre.
Some very interesting reading at this blog:

I think there will be one 'new build' Nordstrom in Canada, but I can't remember which one...maybe Sherway Gardens? Other than this, I *think* (from the bit of reading I've been doing) Nordstrom might be taking over some of the leases that the flagship/downtown Sears stores are moving out of.
