I've never quite managed to make this skirt for me, so it has only been worn once or twice. I'm giving it away for free (asking for shipping costs), if you want to give it a try. The waistband measures 14.2 in laying flat and the skirt is 25.2 in long.
It goes on the "out" pile in a few days if nobody's interested.
