If you're like me and have every structural foot problem known to humankind, then you never wear pointed shoes. They kill. They jam your toes, pinch your bunions, and leave red marks and welts--and that's just in the store.

So imagine my surprise when I found a pair that fits. By "fits," I mean I could probably wear this for an evening without excruciating pain or blisters. I am even temped to wear them out for a day when the weather warms. It's a glowing recommendation, as far as these kinds of shoes are concerned.

Seriously, this shoe has an incredibly stable shank, wonderful arch support, and enough room in the toe box to accommodate bunions. The heel grip is firm and ideal for narrow-average heels. Despite the hidden 1.5" heel, your feet won't slide forward. The high contrast colours break up the length of the shoe and prevent it from looking abnormally long.

Just thought I'd share this very exciting find.
