Thanks for the input everyone!
I'm with the majority: I immediately felt drawn to the brown watch. By the way: I've seen it in store and it's hard to describe, it's actually not a true brown but more of a brown taupish metallic and I can't really say if it's a cool or a warm colour. Could this be one of the famous neutrals that everyone can wear (I'm kind of hoping that's the case, because it would be great if Jean could wear it too;-).
I mostly wear cool colours, silver (-coloured) jewelry and have pale skin and mid-brown hair with very cool undertones (there's never been a hint of red in my hair Nicole, funny how colours can vary from monitor to monitor). Warm tones just don't suit me at all.
That's why I'm in doubt now. The brown is much more unique and unexpected and I love it best. But it's still brown (I can and do wear browns, especially if they have a greyish sheen to them, murky colours generally look good on me), and I'm not sure it would be the best colour for my wardrobe.
Then again, didn't Angie say that a watch doesn't need to match or go with what you're wearing but that it can be a statement piece of its own?
Ok, sorry for going on about this.
I'm just going to go back to the store and try them all on (my second choice is the silver with the black dial). First let's see how it looks on my arm, and then I'll decide on the colour.
To be continued;-)
