I am personally not a low heel wearer (I think I was born with Barbie feet, already frozen in a high-heeled position), but I was just looking at this website and saw a bunch of really cute low-heeled (1-2 inches) options.
I particularly saw some of really, really adorable ones in the "Simply Soles Exclusives" link: http://www.simplysoles.com/exclusive/ I really liked the Bettye Mueller ones (expensive, but what can you do?).
I know a lot of you have complained that you can't find shoes that aren't either flats or sky high, so maybe this will be helpful!
