I found this top on shopbop. I know you're on a shopping hiatus, but I think this will still be on sale afterwards. I can't remember what size you are in Nanette Lepore (I'm a 10, so it runs like DVF does), but I saw this blouse and thought it would be perfect for you:

I've actually tried it on at Saks, and it's lovely. The only color they had left though was a dark burgundy, which isn't good on me. I'm tempted by the cream for myself. Hee hee.
