Do you wear clothes inspired by any particular culture?

I must say that I'm partial to items inspired by European folk. Not in an obvious way, though.

The first thing I've noticed about the image are the strong colours, no patterns and high contrast. However, the clothes become more flamboyant as you go east; colourful embroidery, stripes, jewellery, peacock feathers, floral patterns. The basic colours, however, don't change: black, red, navy, white. As you can see, "folk" doesn't neccesarily mean "boho".

The interesting thing is that Polish people are usually soft in their colouring. Fair skin, ashen dark blonde hair, quite dark eyebrows and eyelashes, blue eyes (and yes, my natural colours are quite different).
