Hmm. This is a tough question to answer, since I don't know you at all. But here are some things that might help. You have to find a way to convince yourself that how you look is not, in the grand scheme of things, all that important. If you can't do this on your own, then counselling will help. Happiness is much more intimately connected to the relationships you build and to the things you can do than it is to the way your face and body look. What are you good at? What are you learning? Whom do you love? Who makes you laugh? These things are tickets to happiness. You have to have things to look forward to.
Since this is a fashion website, it's worth noting that learning to dress your body in a flattering way is useful, too. Angie and everyone here can assist with that.
Also, there are all kinds of websites that talk a lot about body acceptance (have you tried Already Pretty, for example?).
Getting a bit of exercise and enough sleep can't hurt, either.
