The robe that you chose looks great. I have had a fleecey Natori robe for years. In winter it gets lots of wear and washing and still looks new. It looks much like the one you ordered but is dark brown.
I wear my LL Bean fleece robe which zippers up the front like an old-lady housecoat every morning. I wear Lands End cotton robes (I have three colors) in warm weather. It's all about the warmth for me half the year!
I ended up keeping the LLBean flannel and sherpa robe. The sleeves are a little short. If you have gorilla arms, forget it. The Natori was was as soft as a cloud, but not warm enough, so back it goes.
