So I saw the whole Fashion Icon challenge and I recreated some of Taylor's outfits down below.
I love her style because she has a blend of edge, sweetness, class, and vintage. More recently, she's been showcasing the edginess. I definitely prefer some of her past styles however.

I like a lot of her styles too - they are sassy and fun, and show off her great legs. I often like her shorts looks.

Super cute!!! I especially love your second outfit. I'd say you're absolutely channelling that sweet retro soft edge. You look very pretty in all these outfits. The dresses are so flirty and feminine and the shorts outfit is really fun.

Of course, Taylor counts. She has fabulous style. Like you said she dresses with class. And I agree, recently she has taken a turn away from that class. I hope this is a phase and she returns to her true style.

You did a great job of emulating her earlier style. My favorite is the dress. It looks effortless.
