Now that I have an extra bedroom with no furniture in it, my youngest DD and I have set it up to be an exercise room. We have our weights, bicycle, yoga mats and a TV with DVD player in that room (on top of a small dresser, where we store DVDs and other small things). It's nice to have a room like this for the walk aerobics DVDs because we have to have space to move around.
I did the 5-mile walk again on Sunday morning (each mile is 12 minutes) and went to yoga class on Sunday afternoon.
