I think it's great. It looks good on her, and it says that feminine is more than just dresses (which is one of those things we've been discussing a bit on here lately).
I don't have a single reason to own a suit, but I would take that one right off her back. I would love to own those pants.
I like Octavia Spencer's suit, but I feel like the fit could have been better. Is it just me? Seems a little too tight in the bust and could use a little more ease through the leg. Maybe I'm sensitive to that because those are the exact same fit issues I would have to confront myself.
Interesting article, but I fear a little simplistic. Regardless of the number of pockets in his apparel, DH is happy to divest himself of items - wallet, keys, sunglasses, etc. that he will ask me to carry in my purse. FWIW, I've got his wallet and the car keys in the gold clutch I carried at the NYE wedding
I still adore the formal tuxedo (above) but as a 'look' and not so much as a political statement.
I adored Rachel Wood Evan's tux -- not just because it was unexpected, but because the style and proportions were fresh and impeccable. I was less enamored with many of the dresses.
