Oh my gosh. If you ever have a chance to attend a semi formal youlookfab event, DO IT. Everyone blew me out of the water in different ways; tuxedo shirts, harem pants, gorgeous fabrics, impeccable tailored fit.

I wore my sparkly "jester dress" - a sheer midi dress (and slip)with sparkly embroidery and a full skirt, paired with micronet hose, black studded Mary Janes, and mustard purse.

What a fab wrap up to an amazing weekend. Thanks to all of you who visited, especially those who made an effort to come from far away!

Kari, you looked absolutely wonderful.
Sweet Fabbers: the gold in Kari's beautiful dress had a shimmery metallic sheen to it, which made it even more special and "cocktail party fun".

It was just so wonderful meeting you and getting to spend time with you, Kari. Time went by too quickly, so I'll just have to come back soon so we can chat more.

Oh, and thank you again for sharing those super sweet pictures of Lucy.

I'm so impressed with how much you all fit in to the weekend. I think we need to nail down a weekend for this gathering next year so I can block it out on my calendar. I definitely want to ride the Sea Gull Century again, but I also want to come to the next Fest!

Thank you! It was so fun seeing everyone dressed up, and to enjoy fantastic hospitality from Ann and her husband-the most gracious hosts for an enthusiastic bunch. Several people said "I don't have any other friends who are interested in fashion," which I 100% relate to. Such a great weekend, and fabulously topped off with a wonderful, relaxing party.
