I'm debating what to wear for our engagement photo shoot next Saturday, and I thought perhaps you ladies could help.

From someone who knows nothing about photography...I like the high contrast of #1 and the subtle look of #3 ....so I am no help at all")

I love the third photo--I think it looks great. The only thing I might personally do would be to take off the necklace. For photos, I fear that the size of the beads might be a little distracting. I love the pop of pink!

I also like the third look, could you also have a hot pink manicure for close up photos of your engagement ring (assuming you are following the ring tradition)?

What a lovely idea an engagement photo shoot. We got engaged 7 years ago and didn't even have a party and still haven't got round to getting married!
I too like the 3rd outfit though i do like the colour of the 1st outfit x

Hi Shell! So good to see you. Sounds like things are moving along quickly for you. I'm the odd woman out. I like outfit 2 the best. There's something about how the necklines work together in number 3 that's distracting for me. Do you have pink shoes you could pop into that outfit to get your pop of pink?

I'm so excited we get to help pick out your engagement picture outfit. It takes me back to the fun and emotion surrounding our wedding to think about yours.

Thanks for all your advice! #3 it is! I wanted to wear an outfit that's very "me", and I think the pink and big beads are totally it! I was tempted to throw in some ruffles (as evidenced in outfit #1), but I don't want the outfit to look too dated. I'll be sure to share the pics when we get them!

meh, my vote is late, but i just wanted to tell you that you look absolutely lovely, and i hope we get to see the end result!

for what it's worth, my vote would have been #3 as well...
