My dear Danja, you like your pants on the shorter side of proper so that you can show case your beautiful shoes!!! When they’re proper length, you hide most of the shoe in boot cuts and wide legs. With cropped tapered styles, it’s a different story. You can raise the hem and show the shoe. I guess that’s one of the reasons why you love the current cropped pants look ! You know how I feel about the length of pants so I shan’t mention it again :0)

Danja, thanks for the info on the camera. My husband has a D50 (he's a talented amateur photographer but prefers landscapes). When I mentioned how amazing your photos are and what camera you use, he exclaimed that that's the camera he wants to get next (he's quite the gadget guy so I am often putting the brakes on his tech purchases).

Oh no, he never photographs my outfits - I have to use my little hand-held for that and I often appropriate his tripod for my pics but I NEVER touch his camera! He doesn't "approve" of me posting pictures online at all so he would never take the pictures for me.
