oh no! you're not making this decision any easier!
i'm a bit torn - i liked the black dress since it's simpler and showcases the shoes a bit more, as Kendra mentioned. however, the seam between where the skirt starts and the top part ends is a couple inches lower than i'd like it to be. it looks fine with the sweater, but by itself, it looks funny. so, i'd basically have to wear the sweater the whole time. i'd try to take a picture to show the black dress on its own, but black doesn't photograph well, so you would really be able to see what i mean...
so, i think this is the root of my dilemma... i like the fit of the print dress, but the print competes slightly with the shoes. i like the color/simpleness of the black dress, but the fit isn't my favorite.
