Oh, wonderful job! It's funny, I don't think of a waistcoat as an androgynous piece, especially when it highlights your curves the way it does here. The last thing I am thinking when I see you in it is, "Gee, she looks boyish." *g*

the first thing i thought of when i saw this is "hah, this is SO dawn," so i think that means you've pretty much got your current style down. hehe. cciele's suggestions are pretty much exactly what i was thinking -- one statement element is all you need to move towards your goals.
