I love the Target one on you! It looks more versatile and not too tight at all in my opinion. Okay, now I have to ask - I am looking for one just like that (and returning my Adriana papell sheath) - I know you said you got it on clearance at Target last winter but what brand was it? Merona, Mossimo? I'm on the hunt for one JUST like that and maybe I can snag it from Target. Thanks~!

If you feel great in the NAS dress, I think you should keep both. I can see you wearing the NAS dress for the more professional and formal situations where the Target dress which is shorter and has the short sleeves looks more smart casual.
Both look like classic styles and grey is a wonderful neutral.

I voted to keep both. Even if you don't figure out a way to wear the Classiques dress this winter, it looks so great on you and will make a lovely spring dress as well.

Both too. You can't return the Target one anyhow. And the Classiques Entier is a great brand and will last you a long time. Target looks playful and CE looks, well, classic.

It sounds like you are leaning towards returning the NAS dress. It is alot of money, so if you are having doubts...return or exchange for something you may LOVE and get alot more wear out of. :)

I am actually leaning toward returning the Entier dress; I have dithered about it since I got it, and have tried many ways to layer it that still keeps the gorgeous lines and essence of the dress. Angie's given some great advice on it -- to wear it as is because it's just so darned lovely -- but that limits the life span of the dress to about two weeks in Chicago weather.

I don't know; I feel like I have spent more time worrying about this dress than enjoying it. But every time I put it on, I change my mind about returning it. It's so pretty!

You should go to Nordies and just eyeball what they have..If there is something you are dying for, and willing to give up this dress for ..then you will have made the right choice in a return/exchange, otherwise if nothing rocks your world like this dress... keep and enjoy:)

Actually, I picked up 5 new dresses at Marshalls this weekend, which is what got me thinking about returning the NAS one; it cost me the same amount as the new five, and I will get much more use out of them, for a much longer season.

Of course, I am also going to have two more deathmatches because I bought more similar dresses LOL, so it's not an even exchange yet...I might end up returning a couple of these too. :)

Kristen, the quality of the Entier dress shows. I would keep both and wear the Entier to death during the 2 weeks that the weather co operates.
I voted to keep the Entier but I am changing my vote to keep both because you cannot return the other one anyway, and you will enjoy it for more casual events.

I voted for the Target dress. Your statement "I much prefer the versatility of this versus the statement style of the NAS dress" says it all to me.

Plus if you haven't worn in since July then I would wonder when you would start wearing it? (I am assuming the weather has been suitable though since I have seen you wearing a mix of cardies and tights as well as shorts/summery outfits lately)

The NAS sheath is stunning on you. What is the material? I would wear it with a cardi and boots in the fall and winter, if layering under it is too difficult.

I realize the Target dress has versatility and economy on its side ... can you keep it?

I just see the classic lines and high quality of the NAS dress lasting years, while the Target dress maybe just a couple of seasons.

ETA: Maybe I'm encouraging you to keep the expensive dress also because I would love to splurge on a fantastic dress like that. I understand if you feel it was too spendy for whatever reason.

Well, in the event you should keep, you must know by now that dresses look so FAB on you and this would never just SIT in the closet...you do actually ROCK this dress:) ......(just think of all your cute heels that go with)...:)

Another vote to keep both! The NAS dress is gorgeous on you, and I am sure you can figure out creative ways on how to wear it.

Add me to the list of enablers. The CE dress is more refined and higher quality, but the Target dress is more playful and more versatile. I think there is room for both and here is why: The CE dress is sort of a statement dress in and of itself, with the pretty neckline. The Target dress isn't much of a statement on its own, but makes for a fabulous blank canvas. I can't imagine the Target dress was a big investment, so I don't think it would hurt to keep both, right? :)

I voted for the Target dress. If it is more versatile then you should definitely keep it. The NAS one is really pretty and classic so if you keep it, you might get inspired later in the season with new ways of wearing it.

I'd vote CE or both, since you can't return. The CE dress is amazing on you, I am sure you can figure out ways to wear it. I agree about the versatility of the Target dress, but it will probably only last so long.

Of course, if you can keep both - that's the best news of all, Kristen! (I love your rosy cheeks which is why you wear yellow well, btw. Pink skin wears yellow well. Sallow skin does not).

But if it were one frock, I'm sticking to my guns. Hands down the NAS sheath. There is no substitute. Fewer better pieces in your wardrobe at this stage of your fashion life.

I like R&J's justification of having a statement and a canvas grey sheath, so I think both will be kept. THERE. I made the decision to keep the CE. I should probably wear it tomorrow so I keep it for sure. :)

I wish I knew why that CE dress makes me so nervous, but it does. I love it, though, so...guess I know what I'm wearing to my meetings tomorrow! :)
