Me! I've ordered a couple of things from them. They are sort of Topshop quality - not stellar but not F21. One item (boots) arrived with a broken buckle, but I was able to return with no problems. They do charge for return shipping. They carry some well known brands and others that I'd never heard of before. What are you looking at specifically?

There are a lot of interesting articles about the company's founder and the business online, FYI. I have ordered from them once, a pair of Matisse shoes that were on a good sale. They arrived promptly.

I've ordered 2 things from them. Super happy with one item - a wool sleeveless coat that is really well made. I returned a pair of leggings with sort of a waxed finish - they were really thin and cheap looking to me. I haven't had any experience with their knitwear, though.

I've only ordered shoes from them -- Jeffrey Campbell. They seem to carry a variety of brands, so I suspect quality will vary. I've been eyeing a couple of things there too...

Nothing specific yet Una... I am wanting to update some of my sweaters, so am cruising around seeing if things catch my eye... a few things on that site did, but I didn't spend much time there. Thought I'd get the scoop first!

You know, this is so lame, but I'm so put off by the name I can't bring myself to shop there. I know other companies with great names can have horrible business practices, and vice versa. But there you go.
