I think they're cute for casual occasions and I bet they look great on you.
Would you prefer a sleeveless top Shannon, or something with short sleeves?
And just to make sure I'm seeing the colours correct on my screen: is there lighter and darker blue in them, with a bit of pale yellow and cream (or is that white)?
Ballet flats or wedges and a sleeveless blouse was the first thing I thought of too (and a cardigan if it gets chilly - a preppy blazer might be a fun look too?), or maybe a knit top? I'm going to browse a few stores, see if I can come up with something;-)
