I got a haircut today, so I thought I'd share...I always loose my curls when a stylist does my hair It's very warm here, so I got my summer cut. I also got a new pair of shoes...turquoise! I think I'm going to have fun with this pair too!

Dani, you look great! I love your haircut--can you wear it curly also, or do you go mostly straight in the summer? I was wondering because I have naturally curly hair, too.

Turquoise is definitely a great color on you and could be your signature color--bright, colorful shoes overall are definitely your signature piece, though.

Ana, I generally wear my hair curly all the time. I usually don't take the time to futz with it and get it straight (I tend to be a little OCD on my hair, if it's not all perfectly straight it bothers me and it takes me WAY to long to get it that way :)) I have found that, for me, I have to commit to one style or another. My best cuts for my natural curl pattern don't lend themselves to being straightened very well. On the flip side, when I was straightening my hair, the cut didn't work very well if I just went curly. I'll let you know how this one goes

I'm the same way with hair. I neither have the skill nor choose to invest the time to get my hair straight. So I have it straight for a couple of days the few times a year I get a haircut. The rest of the time it's in its natural waves and curls. I do tend to have "big" hair though, especially when I'm wearing it short so I have to use some product to keep it tamed down and sometimes use a bit of curling gel to scrunch up the curls even more.

Your hair looks great and I love the shoes too! Those of you with some curl in your hair are so lucky. My hair is straight as a string-thank goodness for hair products!
