InStyle issue is full of cropped "baby bells" which are really copped flares. It does look like a new trend... the one I am not ready to embrace at all!

On the other note I have seen "bootcut leggings" in the store - ??? Why would you want those?

It's the second set, right? Because the first set (with the blue top and furry vest) looks different and is adorable to my eye. The second set, UGH.
