I mentioned on Maya's "footwear dilemma" thread that I was surprised with the Clarks booties mentioned on the YLF store for Christmas this year (from "Santa.")
First of all, they *are* insanely comfortable - hooray!
Second - this is my first pair of booties. Ever. (Yes, I know, I am perpetually behind trend.) So I'm trying out different ways to wear them.
Since Christmas, I've been wearing them around the house with bootcut and skinny jeans, but keeping in mind Angie's advice that the boots can work with a skirt/dress as long as the tights are the same color, I decided to give it a shot today with black textured hose.
Does it work? Or should I aim for a darker or more opaque hose?
