Casual Dresses

Hi all! I disappeared for a few months with some computer trouble, and I've really missed asking for fashion advice here. Lately, I've been looking for casual dresses that can be worn easily with or without leggings, and ideally can be layered as weather gets cooler. Since I'm sometimes drawn to dress shapes that aren't the most flattering for my body type, I thought I'd ask for your opinions. I’m glad you’re back online Eve, and thanks for reposting your picture.

First of all, you look GREAT in that outfit. Simple but fabulous.

Back to frocks. I like both options! It really depends on their length and drape. I probably prefer #1 a little more because it’s cleaner, but #2 could work equally well. Sorry that I haven’t really helped.

Welcome back Eve. They both look cute - I wonder how short they are in case you wanted to wear them without leggings? I guess you will have to try them on to be sure but I don't see why either would not be flattering on you.
