I found this dress in my closet that went missing a long time ago. Can I still wear it? It has an elastic waistband which is just a little bit too tight now. You can't see it in the pic because the belt is over it. I thought I could maybe try to expand the waist. Or should I let it go? I wore this dress mostly for going out (to concerts and so on).
