I'd say it's equal for me. Like you, I cannot wait to wear what I buy. Like you, this can make it difficult to shop out of season. But, I get bored of wearing the same thing over and over again. For example I have favorite warm-weather dresses hanging in my closet that I am just not feeling this summer. It's true I gained weight since last summer, but these dresses still fit, and are still in good to excellent condition. Yet I continually reach instead for the newer ones. It's not even because the newer ones are more trendy/fashionable. They are just newer, and I routinely find I go for the newer version first. I am noticing that a lot this season.
However I still consider myself on Team Wear, not Team Buy. I do not have a lot of liesure time to shop in the malls these days. Online shopping is relaxing and works with my schedule much better. I still get a thrill ordering something online, and waiting for it to show up. But the bigger thrill is when it fits and it's a keeper. Especially if I can wear it immediately.
