Bras by Marks & Spencer?

I'm assuming this is a UK or European brand. Much like Katiepea's JC Penney question, I'm wondering how they rate as far as quality, etc. I am not opposed to a mid level brand in the least, I just like to know in order to gauge price. Thanks!

I'm not sure what you're paying for them in the US, Malina. The M&S bras, undies, and clothes I have had are fantastic quality. I'm sure you won't go wrong with them!

Good to hear, Lynne. Thanks! I haven't bought any, but keep seeing them offered by a particular ebay seller. Usually around $10! That's why I thought I'd ask first

I will only buy M&S bras and pants I love the quality and fit.
I wouldn't buy them off Ebay again though as I bought one last year and there was no way it was the correct size but the sellers here have to cut the labels out of brand new ones to prevent returns x

I have purchased many bras on e-bay (the brands I like are in the $150 range in Canada) but you need to take care when selecting sellers. Many sell seconds with a note that there are no visible flaws which is true. The flaw is that they fall outside the acceptable size parameters. If you choose sellers that sell only perfects, you can get a very good quality bra for a fraction of the cost. I also buy my sports bras online. I think they are about $100 in the store here but they only carry the most popular sizes and I don't fit into that range.

I've heard M&S are very good bras but for larger cup sizes, you can't beat Fantasie, Freya, Fauve. This is the same company that used to make Rigby & Peller.

Personally, I'm in the UK and don't buy their bras. The sizing is a little .... odd .... in that I have to go down a band size and up several cup sizes, which puts me in the 'really large cup/really small band bracket' and I get a choice of about two bras!

Their quality is ... ok ... M&S is not what it used to be.
