It isn't quite cool enough to wear tights with boots yet. Can I wear my knee length boots with my just above the knee denim skirt and no tights? Or are bare knees and boots a tacky look? I have a couple of outfits I want to try with boots and the denim skirt and don't want to wait for cold weather.
