Thanks everyone for your replies. No, I don't think I've ever had a defined waist per se. Even when my abs were tight and my belly flat, I didn't have that indentation that women with tiny waists and hips that flare out seem to have. What makes it hard is that I have a short waist too so my natural waist is just a few inches below my chest! Pre-pregnancy, my measurements were: 28-29 in waist and 35-36 in the hips. Right now, my waist is about 30 inches and my hips are about 37 (but that includes the belly flap - the mother's apron as Shiny refers to it). Oh, and I used to have a cute little butt which is now flat as a pancake! It's amazing what havoc pregnancy & childbirth wrecks on your body!!!
I actually think Trinny & Susannah's definition of the "goblet" makes alot of sense for me: Broad shoulders, Big boobs, No waist, Narrow hips and Long legs.
