Ladies, I cannot thank you enough. I am feeling much better today. I have been down to set up for our community meal and my partner (and very dear friend) in that venture sent me home with some yummy "Bliss Balls" and some very good reading materials on stress managment I am about to finish off the job application and then have a bit of lunch with DH.

I am feeling extremely uplifted by your prayers and kind thoughts.

Deb. I am so sorry you are going through this but glad you wen to the doc. Take care of yourself.

Rest up! Sending good thoughts...
And it is a brave and sensible decision to move on, if it is making you miserable.
*Hugs*

Sending peaceful thoughts and restful moments your way. Glad you are shifting things for the better.

I'm sending good wishes your way for continued relief and much luck on the job hunt! You are a gem, Deborah; please remember that.

Sending you love and hugs! As far as toxic situations go -- change them or leave. So you're on the right track I think. In the past I've had this "don't ever be a quitter" mentality, and stuck through untenable situations. In one case, I ended up getting fired anyway. Which made me feel like it was all my fault, when it wasn't.

Even Jesus needed boat rides to get a break from the crowds.

I pray the rest of your week is full of hugs, snuggles, and giggles. Wishing you all the best in your job search, which shouldn't take long because you have excellent skills!

Wishing you well for the new job possibility. Stress management techniques are very valuable. So is being in a situation where you don't need them!

Thinking of you and sending you good mojo. Let the next chapter unfold and cheers for recognizing you needed to make some changes and take care of yourself. Big hug. And I missed you.

You're in my thoughts and I'm beaming good karma you way!!

My thoughts and prayers go with you. You are wise and brave to release yourself from a toxic environment and move on. My DDIL manages volunteers and plans events for a non-profit. She is stressed and I wish that she would quit. Big hugs.

Sorry to hear you are going through this Deborah. But good for you taking control and doing something about it. Easier said than done. Best of luck with the other company.

Glad you are feeling better Deborah ...I missed your original post... Winding down myself and taking things easy! And I cannot stress how important it is. Thinking of you x
