You look amazing - and the green belt looks good to me. I can imagine you will get tons of use from this sweater. This is how boyfriend sweaters are supposed to look! Can't wait to see the blue sweater too. If the color works, keep both. The fit is great!

The bling is just right to my eye. You can pull it off! Maybe your eye just has to get used to seeing yourself with that much bling? (I adore that tunic, by the way).

As for the short-sleeve sweater, hands down the long sleeve looks better fit-wise, but I do have to wonder if the short-sleeve would work if you sized down? You, of anyone, should be able to rock this type of sweater. I think it's just a size issue. Is there room to size down, or is this already the XS?

This is a small, I cannot wear an XS, I'm afraid that would damage my delicate phsyc. I'm 5'8", I can't be wearing an XS if you know what I mean.

Thanks for the compliment. I'm glad you didn't think it was too much bling since I already wore it for the day. I was really getting a kick out of that necklace that came all the way down to my waist.

I love the BF cardi and the belts and the jewelry San! Looks awesome on you. As for the short sleeve cardi, it is not bad, but I have seen you in nicer things. Have you tried styling it like on the AT site?

San that boyfriend sweater is wonderful on you! I also like the tunic and layered necklaces. It's not too much. I agree that the short sleeved sweater looks too big but otherwise it looks great on you. There's something about the texture that really is appealing. If they have it in the store, maybe you should try the XS. Doesn't AT tend to run big?

Tanya, the belting idea came from the site, so that was my first attempt at styling like the AT site. Actually I just remembered that I bought another style of belt too. It is much more soft and may work better. I got this is the red and a smokey purple.

Great outfits, san! I like the long-sleeve cardi the best, of the two. It seems to fit better. The green belt works better than the black one; the black one disturbs the fall of the cardi in an odd way.

I'd also suggest trying a smaller size in the short sleeve, especially seeing how it fits the model on the AT site.

As for your last pic -- Shut up!! That is such an awesome look, bling and all. I am envious of that tunic -- where did you get it from?

I like both sweaters. I think I'd like to see the short sleeve one smaller, and styled differently. I think you could pull off the long sleeve top underneath it for sure.

Wow, nice loot San! I like the 2nd sweater much better, than the short-sleeved one. You would get much more mileage from it. However, the green belt is awesome. I also like how you combined all the necklaces with the tunic top. It's a skill I admire a lot.

Yes Danj, unfortunately the bathtub is the best place in the house for photography. The best southern light and the best mirror is there. To bad the pesky bathtub is in the way!

Hmmm. I am going to be the fly in the ointment here. I think the chunkier knit is nice on you, and you certainly are able to wear it.

Before you give up on it, maybe you should play with it a bit more. Can you put the pirate shirt underneath that chunky knit sweater, and try leaving the sweater loose and unfastened? Then, try belting the sweater over the pirate blouse. On the bottom, you could wear skinny jeans or ponte pants or maybe even leggings, depending on the coverage the blouse and sweater give you. What do you think?

San, I love everything! You are so stylish and you are really rockin' that dark do! I like the shorter sweater and while it seems a little big (do try the xs if possible - AT does run large), I like how they have layered it over a longer sleeve top on the website. It just looks very cozy and I like the texture. The BF sweater is perfect on you and I like it best with the green belt. The tunic plus bling is awesome!

I actually like the chunky-knit sweater. I love the texture, it's different and interesting. You have the height and slim figure to carry it off, IMO. I think it would look great under a long-sleeved cowl-necked top and slim jeans/pants.
The BF sweaters are a definite keep, and I like your new belts, too.

It's funny, I have that same sweater in an oatmeal heather, but it isn't looking nearly as good on me as it does on you. I put it in a bag this morning to return to AT; I may try it one more time with the belt idea now, but otherwise I think I will keep looking. I have several other bf cardis that fit better already, after all. :)
