Ask Angie: What to wear to The Wedding Singer Musical...

I'm going to see The Wedding Singer musical with girls this Saturday.
It's an evening show and we are planning to go to dinner before hand. It'll be about 55 degrees but I'm sure it'll still be little chilly...not sure what I need to wear! HELP!

Where will you be going to see the play? Is it a fundraiser performance at a rented hall? Or a proper theater? Are you in a big city or a smaller rural area?

Personally, I think these pieces of information will have a big factor in how you dress.

I live in a town where everyone wears jeans to everything. So if I were going to a Broadway type show in my town, I would wear a cute cocktail type dress and heels. I would also use a wrap for warmth. 55 degrees isn't warm but it isn't cold either, so the wrap should be warm enough. If dresses aren't your thing then I would wear trousers, a dressy top and heels. Basically, I think you should dress up, have fun, keep it current and not too serious. You are out with the girls for a fun evening. Let your style reflect that as well. Hope that helps.
