Subtle O-shape trend for autumn?

Looking at this slightly O-shaped, structured, casual tailored dress (80% virgin wool, 20% polyamide, black-navy) I was wondering which bodytype would look best in it.

Not Angie but that is a shape that works well on my rectangular body. I'm guessing an hourglass may not want to surrender the waist. It may be hard to fit on a pear or apple, especially if they have narrow shoulders. If the top fit at the shoulders, the bottom may be too snug.

Agree with Joy. This dress works for rectangles and maybe even inverted triangle body types, as it will balance the wider shoulders and narrower hips.

This looks like a pretty basic shift dress. I think it would be fine for most shapes.

I think it would work best on a rectangle. As a pear, I can tell you this would be really unflattering on me.

As an IT/hourglass, I would wear this dress. One would have to be comfortable surrendering the waist with this dress, if one has a waist; this shape doesn't make me look my smallest, but I personally don't mind that (I actually don't care to define my waist all that often).

I'm an hourglass and I wear similar dresses and feel great in them. I think it's a very versatile shape.
