Angie, here are pics of the boots I got. I think the tunics I'm wearing them with are too short for leggings (correct me if I'm wrong) but they show the boots.

I feel like the boot opening isn't tailored correctly over the thigh to work full height. I'm also not sure I like cuffs since I'm on the shorter side. The scrunching kind of pops up after a while so I think I'd have to take some height off to really make it work. What are your thoughts?

How is it that you are looking so amazing while pregnant?? That blue dress, and now these tunic outfits! Wow! Anyway, I like the boots scrunched but I also like them over the knee, so I am completely useless. Sorry It would get annoying if you scrunched them and they kept un-scrunching (if that's a word). I don't know, I am thinking that the over-the-knee look is kind of cool. I will be interested to see what the others think!

Those boots are awesome, Patience! They are very versatile. Have you tried them over jeans, yet? I like them folded over with the dress the best, but all the ways are interesting and I think it will be great to experiment with them based on what you are wearing.

What does Matt think about them?

I think they look good cuffed with the Tunic blouse & scrunched down with the dress! (They both seem to show your legs more).

Wow. Thanks, everyone. I guess I will just have to adjust my eye-- it's a pretty different look for me, especially as someone who has only started wearing knee boots in the last two years. I do really like the boots.

Thanks, Laura. I'm only 12 weeks along and thanks to morning sickness I always lose before I gain. Just give me about 3 more months and I'll probably explode.

The boots are really versatile, Ana, now that I've got approval for all 4 looks. Matt hasn't seen the boots since he was out of town when they came. It will probably take some adjusting of his eye too. And I haven't tried them over jeans yet, although they should fit. It will just be a challenge getting them on since there are no zippers.

Yes, it will be a challenge to pull on boots like that, especially when you get bigger and that baby belly is there to get in the way!

You look great in those boots, all four ways! Full-height is really a neat look--you've got the legs for it. I like them best with the tunic you're wearing with the scrunched up boots.

Wow!! These boots are fantastic Patience. The colour is stunning, and although my eye still has to adjust to the boots-over-the-knee look I love all four ways you are wearing them (the cuffed version is fab too!).

Christie, the boots are Pour la Victoire Malorie. They are from this past season and I got them on ebay but Amazon may still have them.

Well, I guess I'm in the minority here because, while I like them all four ways, I LOVE them at full height, as in the first photo. It's a more directional look, for sure, but you pull it off because you're SO beautiful and stylish. (I only hope that I can look this good if I ever have children!)
