Finding the items you need at the right price

Ask Angie:

I am a tall thin body, shirts I buy in small from target and sears fit just fine, but pants always are way big on me, Where can I find thin cut pants for work and casual. Stores, brands? Can a guy get a brake here?

Thanks
Richard

What size are you looking for, Richard?

Would taking trousers to a tailor be an option?

I wear a 32 waist but really need a 31 1/2 and in length a 31 1/2 would also do, I have gotten desperate and took a pair of gap basic khakis to a tailor They fit great when i got them back but I felt bad that he had so much work cutting away so much excess material! There must be thin cuts somewhere like in jeans but trousers instead. I know if I could go to europe the clothes would come much closer to my size, surely there is a brand or store here in the states that carries cuts like they have in france and italy and yes I would love to find pants from there at my local mall. And on a budget too LOL.

Thanks for the help, best fit on me that I have found is 32 by 32 a little big in both directions.

Oh, Richard! That's not a hard size to fit at all. That's what my hubby wears (31). Have you tried Banana Republic? Try a few of their fits because they will differ.

Hugo Boss will fit too, but that's a little pricier.

Ben Sherman runs small and so do places like H&M. Try Express Mens too. So many options!

Yea Im in a rather rural place and places like hugo are not here however banana republic has a store I can try, also no ben sherman and not yet sure about H&m but will look for, otherwise buy online. I am rather skinny small so the thin cut is important and hard to find where I been shopping. Thanks everyone for your help!
