Appropriate to wear with this dress????

This isn't me... I don't have a lot to go with it. I want to know if I'm wearing it correctly. I unfortunately don't have a picture of me in it at the moment. I've worn it with white converse and a black cardigan about hip length. I wear a black slip underneath it considering it's somewhat see-through. If you can picture it, does that look okay? Thank you. x

Neat dress!

I'm having a hard time picturing the cardigan. My immediate reaction is that the dress is so unusual that it would not work well with a topper of any sort.

I like the idea of pairing it with Cons and also dark booties, as in the picture. I think you could also accessorize it with a statement necklace (pendant style). The dress itself has so much going on (in a good way) that it is kind of tough to pair it with stuff.

I love the idea of cons, or booties. Without pictures it is hard to say, but I can't visualize a cardigan working unless you are going for very bohemian almost sloppy look. I love the look of a short dress like this layered over skinny jeans or leggings too. I second the statement long necklace addition instead of the cardigan.
