anytime BOSTON/MA/New England meetup

...spawned by total envy of yesterday's Left Coast shindig! I will be looking forward to NYC next month, but if ever anyone in New England wants to do a Boston meetup, please drop me a line...it would lack the SoCal sunshine and all the exuberant Cali gals, but we could put our own special mark of fun on it, I'm sure! I'm shy in person, but promise to be friendly and like your outfit.

I am going to try to make it to the NYC meetup next month, but I'd definitely be game for a Boston meetup too. I am in Cambridge, and don't have a car, so I would be limited to T-accessible spots unless someone really nice wanted to pick me up.

Well, I would assume the best shopping is in Boston/Cambridge :-). We would figure something out for you, anyway, Diana, so no worries (will you be taking the Fung Wah bus down? I haven't booked my bus tix yet)

Since I'm in the suburbs I usually shop at places that aren't accessible by T, so shopping in the city would be fun! Natick/Burlington malls are my usual go-to places.

It would be fun to coordinate for summer when you are in town, modgrl!

Me too !!! I know that Mamapicklejuice is close too. Boston would be fun, especially Cambridge. If we do some place outside of Boston, I can pick people up and drive somewhere ( Crazyone and I have done it before ).

Mochi, these days I mostly take Bolt Bus or World Wide Bus to NYC since they stop at Penn Station which is more convenient for me than Chinatown. (WWB also picks up in Boston at Alewife and Riverside which are convenient but their schedule kinda sucks). For that weekend, I will likely take the Bolt directly to Newark, since I will be staying w/ my fiance in Jersey anyway.
