Nicole, I didn't realize that Target is going to carry this bag. I had seen the Old Navy one, but I like the Target version better. I hope it comes out soon! I just picked up a super bright lemon/citron Kate Spade bag at TJ Maxx last week, but I don't consider it to be truly NEON the way the Target bag looks to be. Thank you for posting this! I will keep an eye out at my local store.
ETA: I heard about the laws, i.e., having to state where you got an item if you give a review of it on your blog (whether you got the item for free or whether you bought it yourself, etc.). I wonder if there are any tax implications if you get a lot of free stuff, the same as if you won a big monetary prize or a car or something like that? If so, that sounds like more hassle than it is worth, to me (well, for most things, anyway).
