I actually bought those - in the other black fabric though. Not as skinny on my body as they are on model - she is really curvy and they look more form fitting on her.
Not a ponte knit though - truly a cotton with spandex added to make stretch cotton.

There is another pant that is closer to ponte - reminded me of a ski pant because of the side pocket zipper. Fit was pretty form fitting (which is why I didn't buy but could work for others!). Here is link:
