Another AT Dress - is it a keeper?

I was inspired by Angie (and Laura)'s recent posts on dresses and bought 2 new fall/winter dresses from AT. Both I'm not sure as dresses are new to me. Is this one a keeper? Thanks so much!

You bought my two favorite dresses from AT! :D This one looks really fabulous, I think you should keep it. It seems like a very versatile piece, not too heavy or light, and the neckline is so interesting.
