I would have never thought layering a shirt under a sweater would work for me and be comfortable...so the ticket is a longer tunic style shirt paired with a comfy roomy sweater!

I'm an IT and usually higher necklines aren't the best and most flattering for my shape, but this necklace (which is my most favorite accessory so far this season) helps to divert attention from the shoulder line, at least that's what I'm hoping.

Let me know if this shirt is too long or if anything looks out of place before I add this to my repeat outfit mental notebook!

I think it all works splendidly together, no room from improvement here. Really like the necklace and the bag.

Love the whole thing, esp the way the two tone wraps around the hip. Also sharing your love for that necklace. Super worn inside the collar.

You look great and everything looks so spot-on! And great insight on how an IT can wear the look, so I'm taking notes to try to find a layerable, collared long tunic and will be pulling out the pendants again...so smart!

Carole, you look beautiful in these caramel and champagne tones (yum!). I think the tunic and sweater work perfectly. I was trying to visualize them without the necklace, and while I think you could pull it off, I really love what the necklace does for the look. No wonder it's your favorite accessory of the season!

Nicely done Carole. It's great to discover a new formula isn't it? I think these tunic tops are a life saver for us IT's, as we need the length to balance our shoulders, which makes layering difficult. I have recently had the same lightbulb moment.

Wow, great layered outfit-shirt is just long enough! I know it's not a white out outfit but to my eyes it almost is in the sea of darks we see on the streets, now. Vote repeat to death:-)
