Finding the items you need at the right price

Angie and San NAS#3 (TT sheath pic added in reply)

Here are more pics of the grey Trina Turk sheath Angie and I each bought. It is amazing how many items we could put with this versitile dress.

This skirt is one of Angie's favorite purchases of the day. Ofcourse there were several favorites. She didn't get the ruffle blouse even though we both thought it was a nice design.

I bought this grey wool coat. There were other pretty wool coats to choose from but I went for the more simple and sophisticated one. I also got a black trench coat.

A large grey pearl necklace I didn't buy.

A smaller and longer grey pearl necklace I did buy.

I was considering these skirt and jacket suit pieces but now I'm not so sure after looking at the pictures. I do like the blouse though.

( I'm actually not busty at all, but I did wear a bra with some padding in it. Pictures speak a thousand words)

I also really liked the white blouse with black buttons.

Now I will have to download more pictures for installment #4

The sheath is gorgeous on you, Angie. I would have liked to have seen it on you, San!

I agree that the smaller, longer pearls are more you! Very pretty!

Love the smaller pearls, definitely the right choice. The grey wool coat is perfect for your frame!

I am totally making a note of that pencil skirt for my next trip to NAS. *scribbles it down on my hand*

GREAT sheath! San, I also love the gray coat.

You said you weren't sure about the skirt and jacket. I'm also unsure about the jacket, but I think the skirt looks fantastic on you.

I am still swooning. Such stunners!!!!

That is SUCH a great sheath dress, wow. Would love to see you in it, San! Great necklace, too- I love non-white pearls. (Not that I don't love white ones, I do, just that they can also be pretty in other colours.)

Both of you look sensational in everything. I am so jealous. You look like models. And HOLY COW I love that skirt. That is actually exactly the shape I was looking for...straightish but with a flounce at the end. I think it looks great on you San. I like both sets of pearls, but the lariat style of the smaller ones is just more unique to me.

I'm drooling over it all, especially the sheath dress. That is one classy coat! Will you show us the black trench?

Here are some pictures of me in the Trina Turk sheath for those who asked about it. One without the jacket and one with a jacket (posted previously).
I'm not nearly as dazzeling as Angie is in the dress on it's own.

I have yet to try on that sheath. It really is pretty...and I do love a sheath, truth be told.

I wanna see your black trench, San. I am in the market for one.

I didn't get a picture of the black trench coat unfortunately, but it was a Nordstrom brand.

San, you don't give yourself enough credit! You look stunning in the sheath! Such a beauty!

Seriously, listen to Cricket - you look gorgeous in the sheath.

San, you look HOT in that sheath! Absolutely sizzling :-D In the skirt too! You and Angie had so much fun, I'm enjoying reading all about your trip :-)

You guys are so sweet.

(Thank you, ladies. I am a sheath dress girl at heart and I'm hoping Sandy becomes one too because she looks superb in the style).

Wooohoo! The grey coat looks even better irl. It’s so sophisticated and ageless. Joy, I can totally see you rock that look. And I LOVE the plum blouse and white shirt. The skirt is fabulous too! I’m delirious. I LOOOOOOOVED our shopping day together.

San, you look great in the sheath dress, and I LOOOOVE that skirt on you, so chic!

San, thank you for such a detailed report! Both you and Angie look fantastic, what a fun outing! Count me as another huge fan of the sheath dress. Does it come in black?

You both are killing me.
Angie, of course I love the black jacket/grey piping.
Such wonderful pictures. It is great to have these
items modeled for us.
San you look beautiful in the Trina Turk sheath.
You also have my vote for the smaller pearl necklace.
I am loving these posts.
Thank you so much.

Awe you guys are so nice. We have such a supportive group here, it is amazing. Thanks for giving me moral support on my evolving style.
Marianne, I didn't see this sheath in black. This one is darker grey on the top and gradually goes just a little lighter. I don't know if you can tell that from the pictures.
One thing I found interesting that I have not mentioned yet. Angie showed me a sheath dress a little later in the day that was made by a different brand. The difference I saw was that the other one needed a belt to make it hug the figure. Angie has a good and quick eye for these thngs.
