Well I'm going to be totally honest and say that while you looked nice as a blonde, I much prefer you as a brunette. It really just made you that much more chic to me. I can totally imagine you riding a bicycle with a basket down the streets of Paris with your dark hair. I find it more glamorous.

But if YOU don't feel that way, then it really doesn't matter what I and everyone else thinks. You seem like you preferred being a blonde. Or perhaps you just need to go a shade or two lighter.

I guess I just feel much "fiercer" as a brunette (that's how Brendan puts it), meaning, very edgy/not as friendly looking. I'm not used to that yet. Also, maybe I don't mean glamorous, I mean dramatic. Dark hair isn't as dramatic on me as blonde is, but it might be more flattering, I'm not sure. But like I said, it's kind of starting to grow on me. :)

While I haven’t met you, I feel as though I know you. You are a soft, kind, thoughtful and genuine person and for that reason I prefer you blonde. Blonde hair achieves a softer aesthetic on you. Does that makes sense? You should start a separate thread on this topic. I’d be very interested to hear the comments.

That does make sense Angie. I think that's what I was trying to get at actually with brown hair being "fierce" on me, but you said it in a much more succinct and understandable way. I think I will start a new thread and see what people think. I'll try to take a photo in natural light so everyone can get a good idea of what my hair looks like now than when I first posted photos.

Well Ana, on the positive side, no matter what you do, you're going to look great...which probably doesn't help you make a decision AT ALL. But you're very lucky to be able to experiment so much! I pretty much have to live with my given hair color. Anything else would look terrible.

Wow, I really can't choose which of your outfits I love the most. The England cardie outfit was so unique, and I love the quirky touch of the graphic cardie.

According to Aveda, where I went for a student styling session once, the only people with truly black hair are East Asians. Mine is probably a shade or two lighter, but for all intents and purposes, it's basically black. It would be nice to have SOME dimension to it, but I don't think I could afford the maintenance.

I really like your Thursday outfit. The colors, the dress, everything. I can't get enough of this color combo: white and coral dress, denim jacket. It would never occur to me to add black to this mix, and it works great here.
