Hi, everyone. Today I have a day off, so I wake up late and had breakfast watching Tim Gunn tv show. Today girl was my totally opposite: very tall, skinny (like in "naturally, beautiful skinny, not like "anorexic skinny"), long waist with little definition, but not entirely straight.

I was watching and all I could think was "this is such a beautiful dress" or "what a nice outfit!" and "I would never be able to use this". And then I notice pretty much every piece she tried fitted her size well. Even pieces whose shape wasn't right for her figure fitted her size at least. Than I got stuck with this weird feeling: whenever they took not-so-skinny woman to those shows, clothes don't fit so well at all. I wonder if that's because clothes work easier for skinny figures in general or it's because almost all clothes are made taking skinny women proportions as standard. I often fell that a clothe doesn't look good not because it's wrong shape to my figure, but because it was made for a different figure.

Maybe (probably) this topic has been already discussed before, but I would like to know how do you gals feel about it. I think there are a lot more size variety in USA, so maybe this is a issue because Brazilian sizes are ill fitting, but I would like to know if you also have trouble with clothes sizing and fitting and how you feel about it.
