I cannot express adequately how touched I was, and am, to have received such a number of kind messages about the death yesterday of my mom. Honestly, this community is like no other, and I am still stunned by how much this meant to me. When the very first messages and emails are coming from friends I have made here on the forum - and from Angie herself - well, it's a pretty special thing. Thank you to all of you for reaching out, and for posting kind words of condolence. My mom died quietly, and in her sleep (after a mercifully short and brutal fight with cancer) , with her sense of humour and dignity still intact. A true inspiration .
