A few February outfits from Antje

I'm not disciplined enough to take pictures on a daily basis, and also have been handicapped by being out of work (too many days in casual garb! I better hide from Angie!) But here are at least a few outfits I wore in February and captured on camera. Feedback and suggestions always welcome.

Antje, I'm always so inspired by your fabulous layering skills. The belt over the short-sleeved cardigan over the long-sleeved top works so well! I also love your graphic tee.

I'm so amazed at how many people that black-and-white skirt works for - I was so skeptical of the print the first time I saw it, but now I'm so glad I bought one.

Antje, you always look so polished. The pin striped jacket with the graphic tee is a great look. I was also inspired by the wrap dress over skinnies and the sleeveless green knit top worn over the shirt for an added pop of color. I may stalk a BR wrap dress to wear as you did and must dig out sleeveless knit tops to try over shirts. Thank you for posting your photos.

Very inspirational outfits as usual, Antje! That pinstripe jacket was such a great find. I really like the necklace in the outfit with the b/w skirt. The layering of the short sleeve cardigan is a wonderful idea too, I should try the green one this way instead of waiting for warmer weather.

About the striped skirt - it was also very interesting to see at the swap how the same clothes looks so different on different people. Not that I didn't understand it before, but it was just such a vivid experience

Every time I see you pairing a short-sleeved cardigan with a long-sleeved top, I say to myself I should try this too, but I keep forgetting. Making a mental note here;-)

The graphic tee with clamdiggers is so much fun. I really like how you've paired them with your boots and jacket (great find!).

You look good in all the pictures Antje! The wrap dress over jeans with ballet flats is lovely too.

My favourite is the Express skirt with shirt tucked in. You look so sophisticated and comfortable at the same time.

Ooooh that green tee underneath the open blazer looks super as well. Making another mental note!

I love your outfits, Antje! Your Express skirt oufit is very inspiring, and I especially love your thrifted blazer. I've had my eyes peeled for an inexpensive pinstripe suiting blazer for quite some time. I love how it looks with the graphic tee and jeans.

Awesome Antje! I esp love the top and belt in the first photo. And your dress on top of skinnies (which look great on you by the way!) are inspiring me to try some of my too short dresses with skinnies again. Thank you for taking the time to share. Hanna, just like you, I sometimes stare at my "little jackets" collection (what I call my blazers) and think I have way too many. But I love them, I think they are just perfect for a smart casual look, and I've bought at least half them at consignment stores so at least I'm not spending fortunes on them. Now my issue is that I don't have really great jeans to make the look complete. Finding good jeans is my spring mission - I fear it! - but I know that I'll enjoy my little jackets even more once I've found them.

Antje - you and I should go on a jeans hunting trip together! I am down to 3 pairs and I really need a couple more. I love jackets and can never have enough either and I love how they look with jeans.
