I like that it is a simple basic cardigan that many people already probably have. I love the layering of the necklaces in the first one - the pearls with the brooch. Would not have thought of that but I love it.

I really liked the outfit where the cardigan was under a jacket with a ruffly something peeking out. It made me think of Angie's post about keeping sleeveless items in rotation during cooler weather. I have a sheer silk ruffly sleeveless AT top that I almost put away until things warm up again, but I can totally picture it under a cardigan for work.

The only outfit i did not admire was the "bohemian" one, but that's because I know it would not flatter me (wide hot pink belt, wide horizontal stripes with floral skirt -- not likely to work on anyone 5'2").

That video was fantastic - they definitely showed how to wear a cardigan in ways I wouldn't have thought of. From reading your post - and the fact that the video series is called Basics - I was expecting the looks to be more standard or conventional. What they actually did was more varied and experimental than I was expecting. Fun!
