This week's workouts have been a been skeletal due to traveling and other obligations. I managed to squeeze in a daily workout squat and bench, and PRed a 212.5lb squat. It seems like I'll have to wait awhile before hitting that again anytime soon, because my CNS is overtaxed at the moment.

Highlight of the week: PR deadlift 300lb. The elusive 300--I feel like throwing a party. With this goal achieved, it's tempting to reintroduce deadlifts regularly into my program.

I finished my cardio show, The Crown, and now need a new series to watch. Suggestions?

Nutritionally, this week was less than stellar. When I'm away from my kitchen, I tend to gain a bit of pudge. I have to remind myself that there isn't a deadline to lose whatever's been gained over this trip, and to ease back into my old routine without excessive restriction.
