1-2. Levi's Shape ID (Demi Curve) jeans. Skinny boot fit. Are these PPL?

3-4. Gap High-Waisted Trouser jeans. I was looking for Long and Leans based on everyone's recommendation here. But they just weren't "me"... I needed something more dramatic and I think these fit the bill.

5-6. J-Brand Love Story Flare Jeans. Something is odd about the fit from the back. Do you see that creasing on one side? What do you think?

I love the first two pairs. Not sure about the third.

I like the second pair the best. I think your gut instinct is right with the third pair. And the first pair look like great standard jeans, I think they are about as PPL as you get. They could be just a fraction shorter, so that they don't drag. The back foot looks PPL, but the front one is dragging. Only maybe 2mm though, so I think they are PPL.
The second pair are really cool.

I like the 1st pair the best! They are so flattering on you! I'm not sure about the 2nd and 3rd pairs. They look a little long to me, I "think" we should be able to see tip of your toes peeking out? I'm still new to all this and my eye hasn't adjusted to wide leg pants and flares yet.

First and second pairs are fantastic! I'd return that third pair--they're too expensive for an imperfect fit, and they look kind of . . . uncomfortable?

My favorite is the first pair. I also like the dark wash of the second pair. # 3 isn't really doing it for me, I think because they are too light.

I love 1/2, I think 3/4 are fine, I don't like the creasing in 5/6. You look really good!

Oh gosh! I love them all on you judging from the pictures. But if #3 does not fit well - return immediately. Premium denim must look and feel KILLER.

Gosh, you look fab in them all. I think the creasing in the last pair would bother me--especially if they were expensive. I would try a second pair in the same size--it could be a flaw. You've got some killer jeans there!

I think the Levi's look best and then the J brand thinking perhaps the crease will stretch out a little on its own? Not liking the super wide legs too much, but that could be a personal preference solely. Off to see what others voted!

I tallied up the votes and here's what I got:
Levis (1 and 2) -- 8 yes and 1 OK. Zero No votes.
Gap (3 &4) -- 5 yes and 2 OK. 2 No votes (from reading between the lines).
J Brand (5 & 6) -- 8 No and 1 Maybe.

I am returning the J brands, the fit is pretty poor! The waist is fine, the butt is tight but would stretch out, and the legs are extremely tight. Odd fit, my problem area is usually the waist.

I am keeping the super wide Gaps ... LOVE them and I think this silhouette is not for everyone but I think it is super fab.

I will have to hem both of them to be a bit shorter.

You did what I would have voted! I've seen those J Brands on Maegan of LoveMaegan and think they are adorable, but the second pair is far better and you are just divine in that 70s vibe!
