But a dressier scarf lends itself better to this trend imo. It would be horrific on me (I still laugh thinking that I used to wear bandanas as belts - I really don't remember being that thin!). Maybe you can try more of an Obi style wrap to give it a little modern edge?? A finer woven wool scarf rather than the chunky knit might be just as warm and have a better drape. I hope the look of using a scarf as a belt comes back soon.
